BUILT THE HARD WAY
Dana Blanks Real Estate® was founded in Wilmington, NC, in 2008 and has grown into a boutique luxury brokerage licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Now DBRE is expanding into Wake County and the greater Triangle.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF BROKERAGE
The Triangle has strong boutique firms and respected minority-owned firms. What it hasn't had is this specific combination: a minority-owned, boutique luxury brokerage that operates fully virtually at the brokerage level, not as a team under another firm's name. That's why we're here.
Founder Dana Blanks relocated to Wake Forest, NC, by choice. The Triangle's growth made it the natural next chapter for the brand.
AN ADVISOR-LED EXPANSION
This expansion is built around advisors, not around the founder's personal production. That means a brokerage focused on one thing: your success. Dana serves as Broker-in-Charge and spends her time building and continually improving the infrastructure advisors use to grow their businesses, not competing with them for clients. The goal is a network of licensed advisors across Wake County and the Triangle who want boutique infrastructure, real operating standards, and brand support, not just a name on a sign.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
To be direct about where things stand: this expansion is in its early stages. DBRE has joined the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) and Doorify MLS, and is actively building its presence and advisor network across Wake Forest, Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Morrisville, and Holly Springs. This page will be updated as that network grows. Right now, it reflects an expansion at its start, not the finished result.
The first five Triangle-based advisors to join will hold permanent Founding Advisor status, recognizing the advisors who help establish DBRE's presence here.
